Sausagefest Today! Seattle Beer Week!

Today is the day for our glorious SAUSAGEFEST!!!

The Duck is pretty close to being finished and it is looking great!  I couldn't be more pleased.  Here is a copy of our flyer for today so you can get an idea of what we are going to be serving.  Check out our Beers on Draft page for the full line-up.  There's lots of yummy stuff pouring now and probably through the weekend!

Black Diamond – Bourbon Barrel Aged Grand Cru (9.5%)


All Served with Josh's Dilled Slaw and Chips

Lamb and Pork with Pine Nuts and Cherry Sauce (made w/ Ichtegem’s Grand Cru Sour)
Apple Curry and Tzatziki
Demayo (Chicken w/Jack Cheese and Bell Peppers) and Sweet Spicy Mustard

Grilled to Perfection
On a Bun With or Without Sauerkraut
