Beer Week Event #2 Sausagefest at Dude Island

It's that time, my friends...  Can you believe it's already been a year since our last Sausagefest?  Can you believe that this is our 4th Sausagefest?  Wow!

This year we will continue to bring you the finest, freshest, handmade sausages from our butcher, Fischer Meats, located in Issaquah WA.

Our fire-grilled sausage flights will include a 1/2 lb of meat and a dipping sauce made by our Kitchen Master, Rick Gerbus!
 Potato - Sauce Brun
Cajun - Remoulade de Jezebel
Garlic - Pesto
Cranberry/Walnut - Apple/Pear Chutney

Our Strong Ales flight will include:
Bear Republic... Mach X Imperial IPA (9.2%)
Boulevard... Rye on Rye (Imperial Rye Ale Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels) (12%)
Firestone Walker... Winter Wookey (10.6%)
Mad Viking (Vejle Bryghus)... Night Raid Cognac Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (11%)

 We will also be serving beer Brats cooked in Men's Room Black (Elysian's Imperial Red Ale), served with or without Kraut, and a side of chips.

Come down on Thursday and enjoy this amazing line-up for both Sausages and Strong Ales!
