Closure Information

Howdy folks,

We will be closed on Thanksgiving until 7:30pm.  Come down and hang with Mike after all the family mayhem has subsided and create a little friend mayhem of your own.

We will also be closed for the next stage of our remodel on December 1st through the 9th.  We will not be ready for our Grand Remodeling Opening Regatta Gala (haha) until mid January, but you will be able to come in and check out the progress on the 10th of December.

Thanks.  We're making progress!

Jackie

Last of the fall seasonals...

The Bruery's Autumn Maple:

Brewed with 17 lbs. of yams per barrel (in other words, a lot of yams!), this autumn seasonal is a different take on the “pumpkin” beer style. Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, molasses, and maple syrup, and fermented with our traditional Belgian yeast strain, this bold and spicy beer is perfect on a cold autumn evening.
ABV: 10%, IBU: 25, SRM: 15

Timmerman's Pumpkin Lambicus:
Two traditions are brought together here in a unique complacency, namely an original succulence never tempted before. The result is sublime, liberating a graceful taste tinted by a controlled acidity on the lambic confused with the dry fruity of the pumpkin and the discreet sugar added. By crossing the middle of the mouth appears a taste of brown sugar remembering and accentuating the convivial touch of Halloween.  This beer is a suprisingly pleasant mix of spicy and tart.  A fun beer to try.

Naked City Boo Radley:
A light, refreshing, session pumpkin ale. Gently spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, and coriander.  Just as you'd expect, well balanced and drinkable.  A nice finish for the style this year.
