Sausagefest at Dude Island

Here is a little more info on Sausagefest this Thursday:

Fire Grilled Sausage flights with 4 paired sauces for dipping
Strong Ale flights with four 4oz pours
Beer brat baskets with potato chips
Ghost Pepper(!!!) brats with potato chips and 'secret sauce'

4pm -9pm or whenever we run out of meat...

Beer flights will consist of:
Valiant Brewing... 10.5 MPG Saison (10.5%)
Gulden Draak... Brewmaster Reserve Belgian Ale (10.5%)
Sierra Nevada... Whiskey Barrel Aged Bigfoot Barleywine (11.9%)
Boulevard... Harvest Dance Wheat Wine (9.5%)

Sausage flights will consist of:
Creole Sausage with Remoulade Sauce
German Sausage with Sweet Horseradish Mustard Sauce
Peach Chipotle with Jezebel Sauce
Polish Kielbasa with Caramelized Onions

 Seattle Beer Week #7 is upon us and we are amazed at it's growth from year to year!  Go Mike, Ian and Matt!  We have decided to pull back a bit this year and only host 2 events.  Here are brief descriptions of what we've got going on!  Cheers!

Monday afternoons at the Duck consist of a causal hangout with industry professionals every week.  Beer Week is no exception...  Happy hour prices!  Brewers especially welcome!  Sierra Nevada, Backwoods, Everybody's Brewing and more.

May 14,  Thursday Sausagefest at Dude Island
"I've never met a sausage I didn't like." Yep!  Handcrafted, fire grilled sausage flights paired with housemade sauces.  Hard to find strong ale flights that know how to treat a sausage right.  Beer brats with Kraut!  Ghost pepper sausages with a 'secret sauce'!  It's a sausagefest in here and that's just the way we like it!  Ladies welcome!!!!
