It's our last Beer Week Event... sigh...
This Saturday we will be hosting our 3rd and final event for Seattle Beer Week with something a little different for you all...
The Eve of the Apple will be an evening of interesting food/cider pairings with a cider flight and accompanying culinary delights from our chef Rick Gerbus.
The flights will include four 4oz samples of the following ciders:
Tieton Apricot
Aspal Cuvee Chevallier
JK's Scrumpy Orchard Gate Organic Cider
Virtue Percheron Fermier
To be paired with various meats, cheeses and fruits:
Pear Prosciutto Bleu Cheese Blossom
Melon and Cucumber with Chevre
Smoked Gouda with Cameo Apple
Bourbon Soaked Apple/Pear Twist
