What’s so special about Tuesday?

a chicken and sides for $9.99 that’s what!
Every Tuesday will feature a different preparation on the bird, and
different sides from the imagination of our chef Rick. Follow us on Facebook or
Twitter (or just ask Rick) for the current week’s menu. Chicken is marinated and pressure fried
without flour, so it’s also gluten free. Come on in between 3pm-10pm (or until
we run out) every Tuesday and git some!

Sunshine Chicken!
Half a chicken marinated in citrus juices aplenty (with some secret Chef Gerbus proprietary other stuff) and bathed in a lemon butter sauce. Add mashed potatoes dotted with compound butter and corn maque choux as your sides and you have yourself a damn fine meal for $9.95!
